DSEI Germany was established to support the engagement of governments, militaries and industry at a time of fundamental change in European security. It brings current and future equipment and weapons systems together in one place, while enabling structured information exchange and strategic dialogue across the domains of land, air, maritime, cyber and information, and space.

DSEI Germany aims to support German defence policy, the Federal Ministry of Defence and the German Armed Forces. Its programme is aligned with national priorities in defence, procurement and innovation, while contributing to NATO and European objectives. DSEI is designed to deliver tangible, practical outcomes, including a better understanding of procurement priorities, capability development and long-term cooperation between allied and partner nations.
